What we collect
- Your name, email and, if you choose to share it, your WhatsApp number.
- Your answers to the quiz on fuerte40.com (for example, your age range, goals and topics of interest).
- Anything you write to us through forms or email.
Your quiz answers may include health information, such as menopause symptoms. You share it only if you want to, and we use it only to recommend the guide and content that fit you best.
How we use it
- To send you the guide you requested.
- To email you ideas, resources and news from Fuerte40, if you agreed to receive them.
- To let you know about programs like Comienza Fuerte if you joined the waitlist.
- To understand what our community needs so we can create better content.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We use service providers that help us run the website and send email (for example, our web host and email platform), and they receive only what they need to provide that service.
To understand how the site is used, we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails anytime using the link at the bottom of every email.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to elvia@fuerte40.com.
